Monomer Casting
Monomer casting is the process of anionically polymerising caprolactam monomer, supplied in liquid or flake form into PA6C semi finished products in plate, rod or tube profile. Custom casting technology can also be used to manufacture Cast Nylon products to almost any shape, dimension and any production weight up to 1000kg.
Use of high quality raw materials and a range of polymerisation conditions and active chemistry allow Global EPP to optimise the production of high quality product with the desired properties. Further modifications can be achieved through copolymerisation of Caprolactam with Laurinlactam to produce PA612C and the use of a wide range of additives or fillers.
